Beschreibung
What should you pay attention to with 230 V heating cables:
- The water pipe must be grounded
- the 230 V-heating cables are ready to plug in and can be connected to a power supply with a circuit breaker (FI switch 30 mA).
- The heating cables must not be shortened and should therefore be ordered in the correct length
- Remaining lengths can be wrapped around the pipe in turns (note that a distance between turns of at least 15 mm must be maintained)
- Do not kink the heating cable and keep the maximum bending radius of approx . Observe 50 mm
- The heating cables can be attached to the pipe with insulating tape or carefully with cable ties
- When used on plastic pipes, the pipe must be covered with aluminum adhesive foil (e.g . B. 120087)
- The pipe and the heating cable should be insulated with a maximum insulation of 13 mm
- The thermostat of the heating cable (always 2m away from the plug) should be on in the coldest position of the pipe
- The thermostat should be kept clear of the insulation
- Do not use 230 V heating cables in the browsing area of animals
- the installation Must be carried out by a qualified specialist in accordance with VDE0100
- Power: 16 W / meter
Do not install unprotected in the area where the animals are browsing - use here only 24 volt heating cable! Heating cable must not be shortened!

Bin sehr zufrieden!
Das Kabel macht was es soll und hält Zuleitung sowie Tränkeimer frostfrei obwohl die Leitung nur ganz dünn isoliert ist. Bisherige Minimumtemperatur -9°C.
