Product information "Mash tank with a cooling jacket"
The mash tanks are used for fermentation, storage and maturation of wine. The mash door facilitates emptying and cleaning of the tank.
The cooling jacket ensures controlled fermentation and improves control over wine maturation.
Made of stainless steel AISI304 (1.4301), surface IIId (2R), marbled on the outside.
