Ideal for making homemade sausages. The airtight packaging contains 15 m of lamb intestine (some in sections). Suitable for producing very fine sausages such as: B. Rostbratwurst (Wernberger/Nuremberger) and grilled sausages. Approximately 4.6 m of casings are required for 1 kg of sausage filling (depending on the thickness of the pieces of meat and the consistency of the meat filling). ~Application: ~Before using the casings, leave them at approx .Soak in water at 30. ~Storage: ~Before opening, store at ambient temperature, dry and protected from the sun. It is best to store the casings in the refrigerator, which extends their shelf life. After opening, we recommend storing the casings at a temperature of 4 - 14C, preferably salted in the refrigerator. You can also easily freeze unused casings and use them for further production. Do not refreeze after thawing the product!
