How it works:
Slaughter - broth - plucking
First the Slaughter the animals, hang them up and let them bleed well, then put them in the brewing kettle. Brewing temperature between 55-60C. After scalding, the animals are held individually to the running machine until all feathers are removed. The plucking process takes approx. 40 seconds, for larger animals approx. 2-3 minutes.
Design: Stainless steel. Power connection 400V/0.37 kW, LxWxH: 45x45x50 cm, weight approx. 30 kg, drum width: 28 cm, 48 plucking fingers. No water connection required!
