Why alkaline nutrition is healthy

An alkaline diet provides people with easily absorbed alkaline minerals as well as all the nutrients and vital substances the body needs to achieve a healthy balance. At the same time, an alkaline diet protects people from all the acidic metabolic residues that arise in the body from a normal diet. This harmonizes the acid-base balance, allowing the correct and healthy pH value to be restored in all areas of the body. The result is an active and healthy person, full of energy and zest for life.

The alkaline diet

The alkaline diet consists of alkaline foods. At the same time, acid-forming foods are completely avoided. The alkaline diet naturally prevents hyperacidity (which, as we know, can be blamed for almost all chronic illnesses) and helps to reduce existing hyperacidity.

Our alkaline products therefore support you by ensuring the right pH value in the right place.

Bad acid-forming foods (animal)

  • Eggs from conventional farming
